All i can remember is that it starts out in a lab of some sort.
And the part that is really distinct is the girl (i think she is
black) has a jeep and she has this doll thats all evil and she goes to
the beach and does a voodoo ritual (at night with fire) to try to rid
the doll of something, and then her mom comes. This is at the end of
the movie.
DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THIS MOVIE!! its drivin me craaasy!
