horror movie i watched when i was real young anybody remembers what it was called...?

I watched this movie when i was real young and i remember it being
extremely scary so i would really like to watch it again to see how
scary it was or get some laughs out of it. I can't remember the name
of the movie so I'm just going to list some details and extra info i
remember about it so i hope somebody can recall this movie:

-the main villain/demon was some scary zombie looking lady
-i watched this movie in the late 90s
-(explicit) I remember in one of the scenes theres a young teenage
couple making out in the back seat of a vehicle and tongue or finger
comes out from underneath the couple and starts fondling the female
teenager
-the front cover of the movie's box pictures the demon lady in a black
dress posing
-i think there may have been one or more sequels

that's about everything i can remember about the movie so if anybody
knows what movie it is please post below thanks
